Shipping is FREE on your first order, with no minimum spend. They have a US$10 surcharge on fragrance-only orders because they are classified as 'dangerous goods' by International Air Regulations and require special handling. To waive this surcharge, add any non-fragrance item to your order. Larger haircare products are considered "heavy goods," that require special handling, thus incurring a surcharge. Read their shipping and delivery service carefully.

If you're not 100% happy in any way with an item, you’ve to email Strawberrynet within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by their Customer Services. They refund the total cost of goods, shipping charges will be credited off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
