Although this website looks like an online magazine the categories and products are well organized and it is easy to find your items. Choose your language first (not all countries are displayed), when you checkout you can choose your delivery country. Notice that all items are priced in British Pounds or Euro (depending on the country you choose). Several search options (browse by item, color, style, material, size, special offers, fit, brand, price) and the items are well displayed as well as delivery and return information for every item.

Shipping costs vary from free (depends on the purchased amount and during special promotions) up to $20, depending on the location.

You can return an item if it is faulty or damaged. they’ll refund you the price you paid for the item and your original delivery charge too.
They arrange a replacement of the same item if it's still available.

Items returned by post will have to be returned at your cost

When you return goods, please ensure you fill out the returns slip and mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed.
