The shipping costs and time for the product I ordered is £5 and takes 2-5 working days. I ordered the coconut oil on the 8th of February and received it after two days. Talking about fast shipping , right! The recognizable box from Instagram (the one with the smiling woman) was packed in a plastic bag. Inside the box where the 14 sachets with Light Lemon coconut oil. You can find the ingredients (which are coconut oil and flavoring) and the instructions on the back of the box.

Day 1, I opened the sachet, put the oil in my mouth, and…… WHAT IS THIS? The first time was so disgusting. The oil was semi-hard, semi-soft, and it just had this weird texture. I realized the oil is hard while it is cold, and it really becomes oil while it is in your warm mouth for a while. I decided to do day 2 otherwise. Before putting the oil in my mouth I first squeeze into the sachet. It became a bit liquid because of my warm hands, and then I opened the sachet and put the oil into my mouth. This worked better for me, but everyone has its own way! I took a photo of my teeth before I start using Cocowhite. Because I see my own mouth every day, I probably won’t see the results day after day. So after 14 days I took another photo. Well, the picture below says it all right. You really can see the difference. When you choose for the 28 day oil pulling detox you will have a better result, but it’s just how white you want your teeth to be!
Overall conclusion
For the 14 day oil pulling detox package I paid £19,99 including £5 shipping costs. It is quite expensive if you think about it. For one day of oil pulling you pay more than £1. But at the other hand it is 100% natural, it really works and is an investment for your own health. When you use it for the first time you probably won’t like it, but after a day of 3 you become used to it. Overall I am very content about Cocowhite. The website is easy to use, the product is 100% natural and the shipping time is just awesome. There are all other kind of stores who sell coconut oil right now, but they don’t have the fast shipping time like Cocowhite. You can also contact them easily. I discovered that expiration date February 2016, that’s the month I ordered them. So I contacted Cocowhite with the question if it can affect my teeth. After a few hours I received an email back with the answer that I can still use the product at the end of the month, because there are no chemicals added.
